Stay connected through Broadcast Club

We know that circumstances can change and that some members of our community are no longer able to attend our evening concerts due to accessibility, availability, financial or location reasons. At Musica Viva Australia, staying connected with you matters deeply to us.

Our Broadcast Club offers a way to continue sharing in the joy of world-class chamber music performed and recorded in Australia – wherever you are and whatever your circumstances.

Before each broadcast, we send a concert guide (available in large print by mail or email), along with the broadcast time and date and simple instructions for listening via the ABC Classic website.

This free service is our way of bringing a little of the concert hall into your home, ensuring that everyone who wishes to be part of our musical community can continue to feel welcome and included – and it’s handy to know when to keep an ear out for concerts from Musica Viva Australia!

We are always delighted to hear from those interested in joining our Broadcast Club. To do so, or for more information, please contact Sophie Wolff-Wigley, Philanthropy Co-ordinator, on 0434 958 795 or at philanthropy@musicaviva.com.au.

‘I'm unable to attend concerts due to mobility restrictions, but very grateful for the ABC Classic delayed broadcast advice and the interesting music notes. It informs me and I learn something. I generally have the radio on all day long – but I listen more carefully at those times.’
— Karin Keighley, Broadcast Club member
