PHILANTHROPY RESEARCH COORDINATOR
Reports to: Philanthropy Specialist
Location of Job: Sydney (Gadigal Country), Brisbane (Turrbal and Yuggera Country) or Melbourne (Wurundjeri and Boon Wurrung/Boonwurrung Country)
Appointment type: Part time permanent, three days or 22.5 hours per week / Hybrid & Flexible working available

Musica Viva Australia relies on the generosity of its supporters to help bring its mission to life – from concert performances, education programs, new works and emerging artist programs. The Development team now seeks Philanthropy Research Coordinator, who will play a crucial role to strengthen Musica Viva Australia’s philanthropic and private income-related outcomes.
With demonstrated experience in philanthropy research, ideally gained in the arts or the broader not for profit sector, the successful candidate will display excellent skills in communications, analysing data, producing insightful reports and presenting data to stakeholders. An interest in and/or knowledge of the arts scene, classical music and music education is desirable.

Volunteer Positions - Get in touch!
Our volunteers have played an integral role with Musica Viva Australia since its founding in 1945, when European refugees volunteered their time to see their cultural roots flourish in their new country. Today, our volunteers donate their time to roles on committees, administration, and providing specialty services, and we’re hugely grateful for their contributions.
